It was yet another fabulous weekend at the 2010 reunion held at the Marriott Suites Market Center, 2493 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas from Friday, July 2 - Sunday, July 4, 2010 hosted by HWOSA-NA members in the Dallas area. All three major events were very well attended by members and guests, beginning with the Yabis night on Friday to the business meeting and culminating with the Gala on Saturday night.

For those of you who were not in Dallas for the 7th HWOSA Reunion, you missed quite a bit. The jokes were fresher, the food was not only in abundance but excellent. You should have seen and or heard the MC - Mr. Essien Cobham or the Dee Jay - Mr. Tunde Obazee. I tell you - the Dallas Reunion Planning Committee was exceptional. We should all stand up as we read this and say UP HOWAD to all of them.

Welcome to Dallas 2010, the seventh annual reunion of the Hope Waddell Old Students Association, North America Chapter. If previous years are any indication, you are in for a wonderful time. Let’s reconnect with old schoolmates to celebrate our time at Hope Waddell Training Institution.
Dallas 2010 kicks off Friday, July 2 with the traditional Yabbis Night. The highlight of the weekend will be the Saturday Night Gala.

The Marriott Suites Market Center, 2493 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, is the venue for this year's reunion. The discounted rate at the Marriott Suites Market Center Dallas is $79. Discounts have been negotiated with Delta, Airtran, American and United Airlines for attendees at the Hope Waddell Old Students Association’s Dallas 2010 Reunion. The discounts are applicable to US and Canada originating passengers and are not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers. The discounts apply to roundtrip travel to Dallas Forth Worth Airport (DFW).
Airt Tran is offering a 10% discount on flights to Dallas from June 28 thru July 7, 2010. The Event Code you will need for reservations is DFW070110. Call the Event Savers Desk Monday thru Friday at 1-866-683-8368 to make reservations.
Delta is offering a 5% discount from it’s hubs to DFW. Non Hub originating trips will be discounted 7%. For reservations and ticketing assistance call 1-800-328-1111. Refer to File Number NM5RZ. The applicable travel dates are from June 29, 2010 to July 7, 2010.
American Airways is also offering a 5% discount. The applicable travel dates are from July 1, 2010 to July 5, 2010. The authorization number is A5870BP. The discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com for AA/AE flights only without a ticketing charge. Use the Authorization Number noted above without the preceding A as the AA.com Promotion Code. The American Airlines Meeting Services Desk contact number is 1-800-433-1790.
For United Airlines, reunion attendees can book their travel through United's tollfree reservation line (1-800-521-4041), united.com or through their preferred travel professional.
